After the purchase, you will be asked to provide a document that proves you are either low-income or with a nonprofit.  Documentation for low-income includes EBT card, Medicaid, SSI, TANF, GA-U, DSHS support free or reduced school lunches, or any other document that shows you get government support. 

Nonprofits must provide an EIN number.

A wifi adapter is included for getting online to do Internet-based tasks, such as emails or online studies. A keyboard and mouse are included.
