Audio just got cleaner with iFi Audio’s latest launch — the PowerStation. You can now set up your Amplifier or DAC without any hassle. This audiophile-grade extension will provide more power to your system. It comes with 6 individual sockets and eliminates RFI and EMI.
POWERFUL AND SILENT
The PowerStation, being an active product, cancels more noise across the frequency range. The Active filtration is much better in the lower frequencies, at -40dB. The Wireless Purification System (WPS) is a complex circuit which helps it reduce its power line noise without audible or measured side-effects.
CANCELS OUT ALL NOISE
The iFi PowerStation comes with Active Noise Cancellation II which cancels the unwanted sound across the lower frequencies. The passive filters eliminate buzz at higher frequencies. It has been developed from the original AC iPurifier. You can still use both together to separate digital and analogue devices for even lesser noise.
SUPERB CONDUCTIVITY WITH ZERO CONTAMINATION FOR CLEAR SOUND
With the addition of vibration-damping EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate), each outlet of PowerStation is independently isolated in its own chamber to prevent cross-contamination. PurCopper – a form of 99.9999 per cent pure OFHC (oxygen-free high-conductivity) continuous-cast copper – is used for its superior conductivity.
EARTH'S (& YOUR EQUIPMENT'S) MIGHTIEST DEFENDER
The PowerStation has inbuilt polarity detection with a 4mm banana socket and a grounding cable. It won't give any chance to the ground/earth connection to introduce a ground loop even if the system is already earthed. It protects your audio mains from damage with built-in Polarity detection. Also, if it detects a mains short or power surge over 30,000A @ 1,000V/10uS, it will shut down, protecting all your equipment.
